Every ManifestMoons product is a digital download. Nothing is posted, and your files are delivered the moment your payment clears. Because of that, this policy works a little differently to a physical shop — please read it before you buy.
All sales are final
Once a download link has been issued, the product has been delivered in full and the sale is final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because you already own something similar.
This is standard for instant digital goods: we have no way to take the files back once they are on your device.
When we will refund you
We will always put things right in these cases:
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Your download link never worked and we could not fix it for you.
- You received the wrong product.
- The file is faulty or corrupted and we cannot supply a working replacement.
In most of these cases we will send you a working file first. If we genuinely cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.
Problems we will fix, free
Before asking for a refund, please give us a chance to help. We can usually sort these out within one business day:
- Your download link expired or you lost the email.
- The PDF will not open, or opens with missing pages.
- You cannot find your files after checkout.
- You bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it yet.
How to ask
Get in touch through our contact page within 14 days of your order. Please include your order number and a short description of what went wrong — a screenshot helps enormously.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
A note on sharing
Our files are for your personal use. Refunds will not be issued where a product has been redistributed, resold or shared, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country. If local law gives you stronger protection than this policy, that law applies.
