Orders and downloads
How will I receive my files?
Instantly. As soon as your payment clears you will see a download link on the confirmation screen, and the same link is emailed to you. Your files also live permanently in your account under My downloads.
I did not get my email. What now?
Check your spam and promotions folders first — that is where it usually is. If it is still missing, log in to your account and download from My downloads. Still stuck? Message us and we will send your files directly.
Can I download more than once?
Yes. Your purchases stay in your account and you can re-download them whenever you need, on any device.
Is anything posted to me?
No. Everything we sell is a digital download, so there is no shipping, no waiting and no postage cost.
Using your products
Can I print them at home?
Yes, and they are designed for it. Print as many copies as you like for your own use. Standard home printers on A4 or US Letter work perfectly.
Do I need special software?
No. Our files are PDFs, which open on any phone, tablet or computer. If you want to write on them digitally, apps such as GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo work well.
Are these suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our guides are written to be picked up by someone starting out, while still holding enough depth to stay useful as your practice grows.
Can I use them in my own shop or readings?
Our products are licensed for personal use only. For commercial use, please ask us first — see our Terms of Service.
Payment and refunds
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by established payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final — but if something is wrong we will fix it or refund you. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
Something is wrong with my file.
Tell us and we will sort it out, usually within one business day. A screenshot helps us find the problem faster.
