These terms cover your use of manifestmoons.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
What you are buying
Every ManifestMoons product is a digital file, usually a PDF. Nothing physical is shipped. Your files are delivered by download link immediately after payment, and remain available in your account.
Your licence to use our files
When you buy from us, you get a personal, non-transferable licence. That means you may:
- Download the files and keep them
- Print them as many times as you like, for yourself
- Use them in your own personal practice, journal or Book of Shadows
You may not:
- Resell, share, gift or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
- Upload them anywhere others can download them
- Claim the work as your own, or use it in your own products
- Use them commercially, including in paid readings, courses or printed goods for sale, without written permission
We own the copyright in everything we sell. Buying a product does not transfer that copyright to you.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price.
Refunds
Digital products are final sale, with the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
Content and guidance
Our products are made for personal reflection, study and creative practice. They are offered for interest and enjoyment, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the shop available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may add, change or withdraw products at any time.
