This policy explains what ManifestMoons collects when you visit manifestmoons.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
When you buy something
- Your name and email address
- Your billing details
- What you ordered and when
We need this to take payment, send your files and provide support. We do not see or store your full card number — that goes straight to our payment providers.
When you join our list
Your email address, and the date you subscribed. Nothing else.
When you simply browse
Standard technical information such as your browser type, approximate location and which pages you viewed. This is used to keep the site working and to understand what people find useful.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember you when you log in, and measure how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time — the shop will still work, but your cart may not be remembered.
Who else sees your information
We never sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the services that run the shop:
- Payment processors — to take payment securely
- Our email provider — to send order confirmations and, if you asked for it, our newsletter
- Our website host — to keep the site online
- Analytics — to see which pages are working, in aggregate
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it.

Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
